FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions employers ask us most about worker accommodation in Belgium.

How far in advance should we book worker accommodation?

We recommend booking at least three weeks before your crew arrives — earlier during the spring and summer construction peak. For urgent requests we keep buffer capacity across our properties and can often arrange housing on short notice. Contact us and we respond within 24 hours.

How many workers can you accommodate?

Our properties range from smaller units for 6–10 workers to larger facilities for 30 or more residents, and we can combine nearby properties for bigger projects. Whether you need beds for 5 workers or 500, we build a solution around your crew size and timeline.

What is included in the price?

Everything: fully furnished rooms, utilities, fast WiFi, laundry facilities, parking, and regular professional cleaning of common areas. There are no hidden charges for gas, electricity, internet, or maintenance — you compare and budget on one all-in figure.

What are the minimum and maximum contract periods?

We offer short-term contracts from a few weeks, long-term contracts for multi-month projects, and flexible rolling monthly agreements in between. Extension and early-termination terms are agreed clearly up front, so your housing can scale as the project timeline changes.

Is the accommodation compliant with Belgian housing regulations?

Yes. All our properties meet Belgian standards for space per resident, sanitation, fire safety, and occupancy limits, and we keep compliance documentation up to date. If labour or housing authorities inspect, we provide the paperwork — the regulatory risk stays with us, not with your company.

Where are your properties located?

Across Belgium's main industrial and construction corridors, including Antwerp, Ghent, and Brussels. Tell us where your work site is and we propose the closest available properties, ranked by commute time and public transport connections.

How is pricing structured?

Pricing is per bed, with volume rates for larger crews, quoted as one transparent all-in monthly figure. You receive a single invoice covering accommodation and every included service — no separate utility accounts or surprise charges to manage.

How do you handle crew rotations and changes in team size?

Crew rotations are a standard part of our service: turnover cleaning between crews, check-in and orientation for arriving workers, and documentation for each rotation. Contracts can scale up or down monthly, so you are never paying for empty beds between rotations.
